What to expect after Laser Genesis treatment

Laser Genesis aftercare advice

To help your skin heal and enhance your results, we advise that you:

•   Use a gentle cleanser and moisturiser for the first few days
•   Avoid any harsh active ingredients such as vitamin C or retinol for around 5 days
•   Always wear sun protection. We recommend SPF 50
•   Avoid excessive heat (including saunas and hot showers) for 24-48 hours
•   Stop strenuous activity and exercise for a couple of days
•   Do not wax the treatment area for 1-2 weeks

Follow-up treatments

We will provide you with a bespoke treatment plan to help you see the best results. Most patients require a course of 4-6 treatment sessions to achieve optimal results.

It is also recommended that you have an annual top-up treatment to prolong and maintain your results.
