Dr Manav Bawa
Dr. Manav Bawa is the Medical Director and Co-Founder of Time Clinic, where his blend of medical expertise and genuine care has made him one of the UK’s most respected voices in aesthetics.
His career began in surgery and plastic surgery before qualifying as a GP, where he became a Member of both the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) and the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). Alongside his medical practice, he pursued advanced training, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Surgical Sciences from the University of Edinburgh and a Master’s in Surgical Education from Imperial College, London. He is also completing a Diploma in Facial Aesthetics, reflecting his continued commitment to growth and excellence.
Within aesthetics, Dr. Bawa is known for his holistic, patient-centred approach. He believes treatments should enhance rather than change, with a focus on natural results and full-face rejuvenation. Every consultation is in-depth, ensuring patients feel heard, understood, and supported before any treatment begins.
His dedication to safety and standards is evident not only at Time Clinic — a Save Face accredited practice recognised for its protocols and governance — but also in the wider industry. Dr. Bawa is a national injectables trainer for a leading Harley Street academy, a trainer for the Royal College of GPs in minor surgery and joint injections, and a mentor helping to shape the next generation of aesthetic doctors. He also contributes to the development of a Medical Aesthetics Diploma and is a frequent guest speaker at UK conferences.
In 2020, he founded the Aesthetics Support Group UK (ASG UK), a professional network that promotes safety, collaboration, and ongoing education across the aesthetics sector.
What sets Dr. Bawa apart isn’t just his long list of credentials — it’s his unwavering belief that aesthetics should enhance, not change, and that every patient deserves to feel safe, cared for, and truly understood.
