Campaign Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating Time Clinic’s campaign:

1. Consultation Booking Deadline: Your consultation must be booked by July 31st.

2. Treatment Deadline: Your treatment must be completed by August 31st to qualify for the complimentary facial.

3. Facial Redemption: If you complete both your consultation and treatment by the above deadlines, you will be eligible to receive a complimentary Fire & Ice facial (worth £120). This facial can be redeemed anytime in the month following your treatment (e.g., if treated in August, redeem by the end of September).

4. Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to new patients who have not previously visited Time Clinic and who receive a direct invitation via email, WhatsApp, or mailer as part of this campaign.

5. Deposit Policy: A fully refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. This can also be applied toward any treatments or products purchased during your visit.

6. Consultation & Treatment Providers: Services are available with Nurse Nicola, Dr. Victoria, and our skin specialist Karen, subject to availability.

7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit. Standard clinic cancellation policies apply.

8. Non-Transferable: The offer is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the individual who books and attends the consultation and treatment.

9. One-Time Use: This promotion is valid for one use per patient during the campaign period.

10. Limited Availability: Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and practitioner.

11. Treatment Suitability: All treatments are subject to medical suitability as determined during your consultation. If the Fire & Ice facial is not suitable, an appropriate alternative may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.

12. Accompaniment: You’re welcome to bring a friend for company during your visit.

Dr. Bawa is excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. I'm over the moon with my results! I have always had amazing results with him. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

From the moment I booked my appointment right through to having a treatment I have been impressed with the professionalism of the Time Clinic, everyone I have encountered is friendly and welcoming. I initially booked a skin consultation and I was fascinated by the results and the way Dr Victoria talked through my results with me. There was no pressure to book any treatments following this but after receiving all the information via email from my consultation I decided there were a few things I wanted to pursue. I was quite nervous before my treatment but Dr Victoria really made me feel at ease. Its early days but so far I am impressed with the results and will definitely return. I feel in safe hands with The Time Clinic.
