Amber is one of the welcoming faces of Time Clinic and is often the first point of contact for patients visiting the clinic. Known for her warm personality, positive energy, and approachable nature, she helps create a calm, friendly, and seamless experience from the moment patients arrive.
With over six years of experience in customer-facing roles across both luxury hospitality and healthcare, Amber brings a strong combination of professionalism, organisation, and patient care to her role. Her background in Front of House hospitality allowed her to develop exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a high standard of service in fast-paced environments. Most recently working within dentistry, she gained valuable experience supporting patients within a clinical setting, particularly those who may have felt nervous or anxious about their appointments. Through her calm and reassuring approach, she helped patients feel more comfortable, supported, and at ease during their visit.
Amber understands that visiting a clinic can feel daunting for some individuals, which is why she is passionate about creating a welcoming and positive environment where every patient feels listened to, cared for, and well looked after throughout their journey.
