Thank you for participating in our special campaign! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your appointment:
1. Booking Deadline: All appointments must be booked by July 31st.
2. Appointment Redemption: Facial appointments can only be redeemed during the month of August.
3. Same-Day Requirements: Both facial treatments and consultations must be completed on the same day.
4. Deposit Policy: A full deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable or can be applied towards any treatments or products purchased during your visit.
5. Consultation Providers: Consultations and treatments are available with Nurse Nicola, Dr. Victoria, and our skin specialist, Karen.
6. Cancellation Policy: Normal cancellation policies apply. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
7. Accompaniment: Feel free to bring a friend along for company during your appointment.
8. Eligibility: This offer is available to existing patients who receive a direct invitation via email, WhatsApp, or mailer as part of this campaign.
9. Non-Transferable: The offer is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the individual who made the booking.
10. One-Time Use: Each patient is entitled to claim this offer once during the campaign period.
11. Limited Availability: Appointment slots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
12. Treatment Suitability: All treatments are subject to medical suitability as determined during your consultation. If the Fire & Ice facial is not suitable, a suitable alternative may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.
