The defining difference between fine lines and wrinkles, is that lines tend to be very mild and wrinkles will tend to me more deeply set. Though largely undesirable, wrinkles are sometimes referred to as character lines, or expression lines and sadly, they are largely unavoidable in the long term. Within our lifestyle choices, we can take steps to help slow or prevent the appearance of wrinkles, by staying well hydrated, choosing a healthy diet, getting plenty of rest and quality sleep and limiting alcohol intake and direct exposure to the sun. <\/span>
