Acne scars are the marks affecting the texture of your skin following an outbreak of acne. You may find that the scars take on the appearance of pockets in the skin, or discolouration. Acne scarring is usually caused by the skin becoming aggravated when a spot or pimple has burst and damaged the skin\u2019s surface.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Picking, scratching or further irritating the affected area can increase the chance of creating some scars due to furthering the damage that can be naturally caused by an outbreak of acne.
